General Return Policy
Be Made Beads takes care to insure our materials and repairs are of the highest quality. We are also a small business with limited and unique products. We are unable to accept returns on products that are sold in store. We can honor online returns if they are made within 14 days. We do not pay for return shipping if that's applicable.
If there is a true defect in quality of a product bought in store or online, within a reasonable use time, we will happily arrange an exchange of equal value.
Repairs are taken in and pricing is discussed as part of the initial consultation. These include (but are not limited to) cost of materials and working fees. There will be photos taken of the piece before and after repairs. Repairs are paid at time of completion. If there is need for further repairs or adjustments there will be additional cost based on time spent. We will hold finished repairs for 3 months and reach out often. If the piece is not collected in that time, it will be donated to charity and no payment will be expected. We reserve the right to dismiss any repair job based on our ability and resources.
All discounted sale items are final sale both on the website and in-store and may not be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Store Credit
Store Credit is good for 24 months from issued. It can be used for all products in the store or online including finished jewelry, supplies, beads, books, etc. It can be used for classes and events.
It can not be used to purchase store credit or repairs or custom designs.
Events and Classes
If you are unable to attend an event or class and have paid ahead of time, a 48 hour notice before the start time of the event is required to be compensated with a store credit.
If you cancel within the 48 hour window of the event or class, the cost of the event or class will be forfeited unless you can find someone to take your place in the event.
Our events and classes are limited in seating, so we encourage you to purchase them online ahead of time to ensure your spot. We do honor walk-ins depending on our seating availability.
